Sorry - I didn't mean to reply to the previous posting -

here I am once again !!!

I am relatively new to Tibetan Buddhism - finding the path through REIKI funnily enough.
I am planning on travelling to Nepal, continuing on me personal journey - & I am wanting to complete a meditation retreat while I am there.
I have a few contact such as the KOPAN monestry - if anyone has other suggestions perhaps from their own personal experience - i would greatly appreciate the
advice.
