I think it means "Gradual Path." That's what i assume. The gradual path
was a teaching method of the Buddha's which taught
key lessons in a manner that would lead to a point
of stream entry. Try www.accesstoinsight.com/ptf/dhamma.html for the sutras
organized into a gradual path layout. Their is a really good
book explaining the path at www.accesstoinsight.com/lib/modern/wings/index.html. If i am confused as to what the Lam-Rim is, forgive me, but i think this is right. Enjoy!
