: The Buddha never placed specific vows about marriages. But he did leave instructions. Check out Sigala Sutta (sometimes referred to as the Sigalovada Sutta). I'll find the precise link for you later if you want, but it's easy to find it with any search engine.

: In marriages, monks who are invited sometimes recite the Mangala Sutta.

: The popular Buddhist practise, in Malaysia at least, is to marry in accordance with cultural customs, and then do something meritorious as newly weds such as by offering alms to monks, doing charity to the needy, etc.
