: A few years ago, I bought a ring with a Buddha statue
: and an eyeball in the middle. I don't know the meaning of the eyeball on the statue , if anyone knows please let me know...and also where I could find another, because I have recently lost it and have a hard time finding one again. Thank you for your time.
Sorry to let you know that very few ppl can actually answer your query but I am very sure that true Buddhist practice do not encourage any attachment in any form. As such, to look after a ring is a form of attachment to the ring. My advice is let's forget about worldly possession. Try to detach from any sort of possession. When we possess such likings, we are subject to suffering which is also the teaching of Buddha's 4 Noble Truths. I hope you are alright with my advice. Metta to you.
