I am so dismayed by your posting about suicide. It is so sad that you can't find some way of feeling that your life is important. I cannot immagine thinking of ending your life. Please think of the pain you will bring on your friends and family and think of the good things you can do for others. There are so many people who are sick and suffering, starving and in pain and need help. They want so much to go on living. If you try to help people like this it would surely bring you peace and comfort. Maybe doing some volunteer work helping others would help you to value your life more. I am not an expert on this but if you destroy yourself isn't that going in direct opposition to the Buddhist teachings. Killing anyone including yourself would bring very bad Karma to you.

With loving compassion,
Grace
