You did not do anything wrong,Inner Chaos are always there within us.
When we sit down breathing we can see how our mind act in chaos. when we do other things we forget that chaos but it's still there, seeing that consider an advance.
"impatient, agitated,sense of rage " all of them produce by our thoughts.By look at all of our thoughts without any motive,intention they cease, and stop and we still there living, breathing.We can use thoughts when we need it otherwise just leave it there they only harmful when we go with it.Meditation is an art of seeing and being.Even Buddha did not get it the first time.
