Dear Aaron,

I would like to share some thoughts with you about why you are feeling grouchy. My thought is that your heart is not always open, and it's not open to everyone. I was once in your shoes, and feeling that way all the time, but when I happened to get to know Buddha's by going to the library or looks for books in bookstore on the Bhuddha's Teaching. After quite a while reading, I find myself meditating and reading the Bhuddha's Dharma and finally I broke free me from all those thoughts, so everyday, I tried to follow my thoughts, never interrupt meditating and never let down my hope, never stop, and with patience and practice, you will find your way through, and there will be an eternal joy, inner peace and happiness that awaits you behind that door.

Hope it will help you stop that feeling.

: Every now and then, I find myself being really grouchy. I can never tell what it is that makes me I try to meditate to try to figure out what it is but find myself too grouchy to sit.
: I know that there's no reason to be grouchy and that it doesn't solve anything. The worst thing is... I get grouchy at myself for being grouchy. Will I ever be able to get over this?
