Computer skill will come, don't worry. It's that suffering comes from desire and passion to worldly things and thoughts, and that their is a place(Nivana) where we are free from such desire, passion, and, in short, Samsara. It is that we, you and me and everbody, can reach this place, that we must reach this place. This is the 3rd truth as I understand it. As the Dhammacakkapavattana sutta (Sn LVI.11) states, "'this is the noble trutch of the cessation of stress' ... 'this noble truth of the cessation of stress is to be directly experienced' ... 'this noble truth of the cessation of stress has been directly experienced.'" Translation, understand what this truth means (accept it) and then you must work to realize it(experiance Nirvana via the 4th truth). He also says he has realized it, been enlightened or awakened and will pass into (or is in) Nirvana. Well, hope that helps to some extent. Metta.
