: You all speak so well of the teachings but behind the teachings is the history of the Tibetans and their culture and that, too, is important to know. I wonder how many of you really understand what has taken place to this culture and to the Tibetan Refugees that have no country to call their own.
: For those that have had to reside in Tibet since the Chinese took the Country over and even as these words are being written, the 100's of monks, nuns and layperson that reside in conditions that are subhuman only because they will not renounce His Holiness.
: I hope with my heart that each of you that pick up a book and read it will remember the sacrific and continually suffering of these people that never and probably will never read or hear what we are so hnored to have. Just remember my Tibetan brother and Sister,Thank you.
