Either your dedicated to practice or your a nut:) A) Try a couch or B) I personally would suggest to unfold your legs, steach and re-fold them... of course you can do many streaches, namely the butterfly one. Place the soles of the feet together and hold them together with a hand; then pull your feet as close to your growing area as possible. When there, and hand still on feet, begin to bounce your kneesun and down for a while... see how close to the floor you can go. Heck, after a while you can bring your feet closer to your growing. This exercise has the habit of adding more flexability to your legs. I hope that helps... Metta.
