: I maybe one of the belligerent meat eaters:) Actually, I feel nutral on this whole issue... I eat meat, but that's what is served at the kitchen table. I don't cook. Besides, I don't feel it's to terrible to eat meat... killing is the bad thing, and the animals suffering is, as I found out in the last discussion, quite bad. Anyway, I'll spare my hunting stories, but all in all I don't feel real close to either side either. Metta, good day (It has to better than my day today:).

thankyou for your comments. Micheal sorry you had a yucky day. Concerning the meat or not issue. I guess it is a personal one, and as you and Tim have said, depends upon the type of buddhism you are practicing, and how strict you are in your daily practice. I have decided for me, right now there are other issues that are very clearly in need of my direct focus. I need to be more concerned with what comes out of my mouth, than what I am putting in it. I appreciate all of your input it helps to hear others views. Take care Kasandra
