I thought your comment really great on breath. I have used this form for years and it works great and it doesn't have to be used within the confines of your home. Some times when I get upset and I am out with alot of people, I just find a quiet spot and do some breath exercises and I find I can get settled down really quickly. As a practice, it the key to quiet the MIND and INNER Body along with mantra so keep breathing and try 10 minutes like you did and then if that isn't enough, do it again. You might like to try the following- in breath 1,2,3-hold 4,5 and out breath 6,7.
