I am a nursing student seeking information about the Buddist culture. I would like to find a web site with information about this religon, and their views in regards to medical treatments. How do they view death and dying- are there certain rituals they follow? What are their beliefs on surgeries- for example- the need for an amputation of a limb? If there is a medical professional who is Buddist or someone who could direct me to this information, please email me.
