I have n't practised in any Budhist school.
I learned meditation from books only. In the
initial stage , I read some books of Swami
Vivekananda(an Indian mystic).And the meditation
practise was just ordinary.I mean sit calmly ,be
thoughtless , and concentrate on breathing.
Is there any problem with it?
