Uh... I assume you mean the Wheel of Dharma? Well, when the Buddha is said to have turned the Wheel Of Dharma I take it as he begun a cycle which cannot be stoped, indeed this is the case. When he gave his first teachings to the five monks at Deer Park, he started a proccess of Dharma teaching which has yet to cease. So, the Dharma turnings are very important to Buddhists because they were the new beginings of our practice... A physical wheel like on a car, well, I think of it as just a wheel:) Metta.
