: These should give you a very good idea of what Buddhism is about. But you may also like to know that Buddhism is NOT a way of thinking... a way of thought. Buddhism encompasses many more tools than just thought and to really know what Buddhism is about requires PRACTICE. Thinking about it is only the first step along the way.
