If the priest is Jewish, it looks difficult to have buddhist elements in the ceremony.
I had a friend who had a lot of problems with her family because she was from a Jewish family and she was very interested in Buddism. So she told this to my lama, and he told her: "Don't act as a Buddhist, act as a Buddha".
There is a big difference in that. So do the same, be tolerant, enjoy the wedding and have a lot of fun. Don't try to be competitive in the spiritual tradition of the wedding.
In a few words: be as a Budda.
