Well.... you can try meditation and mindfulness. Start meditation by radiating your love to all beings......

May I be free from physical suffering
May I be free from mental suffering
May I care for myself happyly. *

May my parents...............
May my brothers and sisters ..................relatives, all beings........ anything or anyone you want.

Then, when you are more used to meditation, try visualising on you breath. Acknowledging the breathing in and out......... Bringing your mind back to the breath whenever it wonders.
Mindfulness is by knowing how you feel and being aware of the thoughts that arises. When you are drinking, know that you are drinking, when you are lieing down know that you are lieing down........ be aware of what you hear, see and taste.
You can also remind yourself everyday about what you should and dhould not do everyday for more discipline.
